What happened? I was admitted to the hospital for 4 days and during that time I had to use the bathroom stool which was so low I couldn’t get up.
What would you like to see happen? I’d like to see hospitals use more height adjustable stools, particularly for older patients.
How do you think others can help? We all help when we describe and make known our firsthand experiences of going to and being in the hospital.

What happened? I went to the hospital after getting sick to my stomach and throwing up while out for dinner. The loud and out of control people in the hospital emergency waiting room was extremely unbelievable. I had to experience the mentally ill, the homeless and the uncaring act a complete fool as we all are forced to wait together to be seen.
What would you like to see happen? I’d like to see a better management plan for controlling the behavior of people waiting to be seen to get emergency medical services.
How do you think others can help? I think others can help by supporting new policies that can help improve the hospital waiting room experience.
